RECRUITMENT PRIVACY POLICY & DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT

What data do we collect?

We want to be transparent with you about what we do with your personal data. As part of our recruitment process, we need to collect and process some personal data of our candidates, such as name, contact information, education, employment history etc. We do not request candidates to send us information about gender, ethnicity or other information irrelevant to the job.

In case you give the names and contact details of references, please make sure you have their explicit agreement.

How is your data stored?

We store personal data in an electronic format. When in electronic format, your data is stored on hard drives solely within the European Union. We will NOT export your data to non-EU countries. Your data is always protected. Only restricted personnel can view your data.

For how long are we storing your data?

Data for candidates who pass the recruitment process and are hired in FlowView Diagnostics will be stored at minimum for the duration of their employment. Data for candidates who are not immediately hired will be stored for a period of 1 year and may be used for recruitment for future positions.

You have rights.

You always have the right to be forgotten, to access and rectify your data, to be informed about how we process it, and you always have the right to withdraw your consent. To do any of these, contact us by email or post.
