FlowView Diagnostics is a pioneering startup founded by the University Medical Centre Utrecht and Radboud University Nijmegen. Our patented 'eclipse' method is changing clinical decision-making by improving the interpretation of complex flow cytometry data. FlowView was founded in 2020 and continues to expand ahead in the field of medical diagnosis.

Your role

As we expand our innovative technology into hospitals and clinical research organizations, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager who will lead our efforts across Europe. You will be in charge of driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for FlowView’s decision support software across Europe.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, key accounts, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in academic institutions, hospitals, and research organizations.
  • Explore and develop partnerships with distributors and other industry stakeholders to expand FlowView’s reach.
  • Provide tailored demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, emphasizing the value of FlowView’s software in enhancing flow cytometry workflows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions to address their challenges.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and technological advancements in flow cytometry.
  • Report on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

✅ Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the biotechnology or software space, with a focus on flow cytometry.
  • Proven network in the flow cytometry field, with strong relationships in research institutions, hospitals, or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus

  • Experience with decision support or clinical software solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory environments in the healthcare or research sectors.
